ORDINANCE NO. MC-608
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING SECTION
3.04.110 TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
3 DISPOSAL OF SURPLUS VEHICLES AND EQUIPMENT.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

6 SECTION 1. Section 3.04.110 is added to the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code to read as follows:
8 "3.04.110 Surplus vehicles and equipment.
9 Upon direction by resolution of the Mayor and Common
10 Council, the Purchasing Agent may dispose of surplus vehicles and
11 equipment by sealed bid sale with or without newspaper
12 advertising, but pursuant to the regulations contained in the
13 resolution.
14 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
15 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
