2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING SUBSECTION
"I" TO SECTION 19.44.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO
3 ALLOW PERMANENT STRUCTURES WITHIN CITY PARKS ZONED OPEN SPACE.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 19.44.020 Subsection "I" is added to
7 the San Bernardino Municipal Code, and reads as follows:
8 "I. Permanent Structures which are related to park and
9 recreational activities and require additional parking spaces
10 (except for rest rooms, concession stands, etc.) subject to a
11 Conditional Use Permit."
12 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
13 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
14 Bernardino at a
