ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO REZONING A CERTAIN
PARCEL OF LAND, AMENDING THE LAND USE ZONING MAP, WHICH IS
INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN SECTION 19.06.020 OF THE SAN
BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE (PETITION NO. 87-10, GENERALLY LOCATED
AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CAROLINE STREET AND HUNTS LANE) AND
ADOPTING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 19.06 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code, the following described parcel of real property,
generally located at the northeast corner of Caroline Street and
Hunts Lane, is rezoned from M-l, Light Industrial District to C-
M, Commercial Manufacturing District:
A portion of the North one-half of Lot 4, Block
65, Rancho San Bernardino, in the City of San
Bernardino, County of San Bernardino, State of
California, as per Map recorded in Book 7 of
Maps, Page 2, in the Office of the County
Recorder of said San Bernardino County.
(PETITION NO. 87-10)
SECTION 2. The zoning map, which is incorporated by
reference in Section 19.06.020 of the San Bernardino Municipal
Code, is amended to reflect the change of zone set forth in this
ordinance.
SECTION 3. The negative declaration for environmental
review, as adopted by the Environmental Review Committee,
attached hereto, marked Exhibit nAn, and incorporated herein by
reference, is hereby approved and adopted.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
