ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SUBSECTION
15.56.040 (A) (3) REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF PARK FEES FOR MOBILE
HOME LOT CONSTRUCTION.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection l5.56.040.A.3. of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended as follows:
"3. A sum equivalent to one percent of the improvements or
$650 for each mobile home lot constructed, whichever is greater,
in a mobile home park or mobile home park subdivision, as
determined by the building permits."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
meeting thereof, held on the
