ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.52.040 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A
SPEED ZONE ON ORANGE STREET OF FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR BETWEEN
HIGHLAND AVENUE AND PIEDMONT DRIVE.

SECTION 1.

Municipal Code is amended to read:
"10.52.040 FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR

upon the basis of an Engineering and Traffic Investigation, that

Council do hereby determine and declare,

the Prima Facie Speed Limit of forty-five miles per hour shall be
established on the following streets or portions thereof in the
City:

BASELINE STREET: Between a point three hundred sixty
feet west of Pennsylvania and Medical Center Drive.
CEN'fRAL AVENUE: Bet~leen Arrm'lhead Avenue and a point one
hundred feet east of Valley View Avenue.
DEVILS CANYON ROAD: Between a point two thousand feet
south of the north line of Devil's Canyon Park and the
north line of Devil's Canyon Park.
FORTIETH STREET: Between Acre Lane and Electric Avenue.
FOURTH STREET: Between Tia Juana Street and Mount Vernon
Avenue.
LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE, Between Twenty-Seventh Street and
Marshall Boulevard.

Drive.
REDLANDS BOULEVARD: Between Gardena Street and the East
City Limits.
RIALTO AVENUE: Between Eucalyptus Avenue and Medical
Center Drive.
UNIVERSITY PARKWAY: Between Cajon Boulevard and
Northpark Boulevard.
VALENCIA AVENUE: Between Thirtieth Stree-t and Fortieth
Street.
WATERMAN AVENUE: Between a point approximately six
hundred Sixty feet south of Mill Street and a point
two thousand one hundred feet north of Mill Street;
Between a point three hundred feet south of Central
Avenue and Rialto Avenue.
