2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.52.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A
3 SPEED ZONE ON "K" STREET OF THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR BETWEEN
MILL STREET AND RIAL TO AVENUE.

5 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 10.52.020 of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code is amended to read,

"10.52.020 THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR
In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
10 Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle Code,
11 the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare,
12 upon the basis of an Engineering and Traffic Investigation, that
13 the Prima Facie Speed Limit of thirty-five miles per hour sha.ll
14 be established on the following streets or portions thereof in
15 the City:

ARROWHEAD AVENUE:
Between Seventh Street and Highland
Avenue.
'D' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Twenty-Eighth
Street.
IE' STREET:
Between Tenth Street and Thirtieth Street.

Avenue.
FORTIETH STREET:
Between Electric Avenue and Waterman
Avenue.
FORTY-EIGHTH STREET, Between Kendall Drive and Electric
Avenue.
'G' STREET: Between Sizth Street and Marshall Boulevard.
