2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.52.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A.
3 SPEED ZONE ON MORGAN ROAD OF THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR BETWEEN
LAKEWOOD DRIVE AND LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
5 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 10.52.020 of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code is amended to read:

"10.52.020 THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR
In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
10 Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle Code,
11 the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and declare,
12 upon the basis of an Engineering and Traffic Investigation, that
13 the Prima Facie Speed Limit of thirty-five miles per hour shall
14 be established on the following streets or portions thereof in
15 the City:

ARROWHEAD AVENUE: Between Seventh Street and Highland
Avenue.
'D' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Twenty--Eighth
Street.
'E' STREET: Between Tenth Street and Thirtieth Street.
EUCALYPTUS AVENUE: Between Mill Street and Rialto
Avenue.
FORTIETH STREET: Between Electric Avenue and Waterman
Avenue.
FORTY-EIGHTH STREET: Between Kendall Drive and Electric
Avenue. 'G' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Marshall
Boulevard.

Hundred Seven Feet east of Cedar Avenue.
'H' STREET: Between Baseline Street and Marshall Boule-
vard.
HIGHLAND AVENUE: Between 'I' Street and 'E' Street;
Between Sierra Way and Valencia Avenue.
HOSPITALITY LANE: Between 'E' Street and Waterman
Avenue.
INLAND CENTER DRIVE: Between a point more or less One
Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-Five feet southwesterly
of 'I' Street and 'E' Street.

Street.

Hill Road.
TWENTY-SEVENTH STREET: Between Mt. Vernon Avenue and 'G'
Street."
