ORDINANCE NO.
2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING CHAPTER 3.70
TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE ADOPTION OF
3 LOCAL FEES.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Chapter 3.70 is hereby added to the San

Bernardino Municipal Code to read as follows:

"3.70.010
Fees set by Resolution.
Except as otherwise
8

required by law and notwithstanding provisions of this code
10
to the contrary, all fees provided for by this Code or
11
hereafter established shall be set by resolution of the
12
Mayor and Common Council and any contrary or conflicting
fees set forth in this code shall thereafter be
disregarded."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at an adiourned
meeting thereof, held on the 6th
day of October
