2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
10.52.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A
3 SPEED ZONE ON "H" STREET OF THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR BETWEEN
SIXTH STREET AND BASE LINE STREET.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
5 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 10.52.020 of the San Bernardino
7 Municipal Code is amended to read:

"10.52.020 THIRTY-FIVE MILES AN HOUR
In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
10 sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle Code,
11 the Mayor and Cornmon Council do hereby determine and declare,
12 upon the basis of an engineering and traffic investigation, that
13 a Prima Facie Speed Limit of Thirty-Five miles per hour shall be
14 established upon the following streets or portions thereof in the
15 City:

ARROWHEAD AVENUE:
Between Seventh Street and Highland
17 Avenue.
18 'D' STREET:
19 Street.
Between Sixth Street and Twenty-Eighth

EUCALYPTUS AVENUE:
Between Mill Street and Rialto
21 Avenue.

FORTIETH STREET:
Between Electric Avenue and Waterman
23 Avenue.

FORTY-EIGHTH STREET: Between Kendall Drive and Electric

'G' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Marshall Boulevard.
GILBERT STREET: Between Waterman Avenue and a point two
