ORDINANCE NO.
2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
8.60.l20.B OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
3 FIREWORKS IN HIGH FIRE AREAS.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Subsection B of Section 8.60.120 of the San

Bernardino Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:

"B. Unless a permit is issued by the San Bernardino
9
Fire Department pursuant to Health and Safety Code
10
Section l2640(e) and 19 California Code of
11
Regulations Section 982 et seq., no fireworks shall
12
be discharged in the high fire hazard area described
13
in Section 8.63.130 and within the area bounded by
14
Highland Avenue, Del Rosa Avenue, Pacific Street and
15
Perris Hill Drive, commonly known as Perris Hill."
SECTION 2. This Ordinance expires on December 31, 1991 and
thereafter shall be of no further force and effect.
