ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
2 SECTION 15.04.020(9) OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO
ADOPT THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE 1990 EDITION.

4 WHEREAS, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code
5 section 17958, local governing bodies are required to adopt
6 regulations imposed by section 17922 of the California
7 Health and Safety Code; and
8 WHEREAS, it is necessary to update codes incorporated
9 into the San Bernardino Municipal Code.
10 NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE

CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. section 15.04.020(9) of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is hereby amended as follows:
"Section 15.04.020(9).
National Electrical Code of
the National Fire Protection Association, 1990 Edition".
