ORDINANCE NO. Me-811
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION 10.24.200
OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE EXEMPTING POLICE OFFICERS FROM
CERTAIN TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS IN CITY PARKING LOTS.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTI ON 1.
Subsection H is hereby added to Section 10.24.200
of the San Bernardino Municipal Code to read as follows:
"H. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a police
officer in the performance of his duties."
