ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO ADDING PARAGRAPH
C TO SUBSECTION 19 . 20.030, ITEM 18, SETTING FORTH SPECIAL FEE
AREAS DESIGNATED BY A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
5 BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1:
Ti tIe 19 of the San Bernardino Municipal
7 Code is hereby amended by the addition of paragraph C to
8 subsection 19.20.030, Item 18, to read as follows:

"C. Special Fee areas may be designated by the Mayor and
10 Common Council to provide funding for required improvements or to
11 refund monies advanced by the City for designated improvements.
12 Whenever such fee areas are established by Resolution of the
13 Mayor and COlllJ!\on Council, all new construction or remodel
14 construction valued at 25% or more of the assessed valuation of
15 the primary structures shall pay such fees."
