10 SECTION 2. section 3.73.010 is hereby added to the
11 unicipal Code of the city of San Bernardino as follows:
12 '3.73.010 Authoritv to Contract for Production Services.
13 The Telecommunications Division, of the city of San
14 ernardino, may enter into an agreement to provide video
15 roduction services which shall be executed by the City
16 dministrator.
17 SECTION 3. section 3.73.020 is hereby added to the
18 unicipal Code of the City of San Bernardino as follows:
19 "3.73.020 User Fees
20 (Al Any individual, agency or organization contracting
21 for video production services shall be charged a
22 user fee, as established by resolution of the Mayor and
23 Common Council.
24 (Bl User Fees shall be charges designed to recover
25 costs associated with the delivery of production
26 services.
27 (Cl Users may be required to pay a non-refundable

1 deposit of costs as set by resolution of the Mayor and
2 Common Council and as described in the production
3 agreement. Balance of payment shall be due within ten
(10) days of service completion.

(D) A charge for delinquent payment of fees for
services is hereby authorized, to be set by
resolution of the Mayor and Common Council.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance
was duly adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of
the City of San Bernardino at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the
