Page 11-19, Section 19.04.030(2) (G), MINIMUM SIZE STANDARDS, is amended to read as follows: "Minimum room size standards are as follows: Room Minimum Area in Sauare Feet Garage (2-car) 400 All other Subject to adopted UBC standards" SECTION 2.
