2 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SUBSECTION C
OF SECTION 10.16.180 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE
3 PERMITTING THE ISSUANCE OF PREFERENTIAL PARKING FOR CAR POOLING
INCENTIVE.

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Subsection C of section 10.16.180 of the San
7 Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:

"10.16.180C
Issuing of Car pooling Parking Permits.
C.
The Director of Facilities Management shall issue a
10 preferential parking permit to validated employees who have signed
11 a car pooling contract with the city. Permits are to be validated
12 every six months, during June and December of each year.
13 The permits shall only be valid for the fourth level of the
14 City Hall Five Level Parking Structure and designated spaces at the
15 city Yards, Central Garage, the Central police station and the
16 Norman Feldheym Central Library.
17 The permit shall be displayed on the vehicle as directed by
18 the Facilities Manager."
19 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly adopted
20 by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino at a
