ORDINANCE NO. MC-937
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
5.04.355, SUBSECTION D, OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO SOLICITING, SELLING, ADVERTISING AND BEGGING.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Subsection D of Section 5.04.355 of the San
Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
D.
It is unlawful for any person(s) to beg, ask
for, solicit, or receive alms for his or her own benefit:
1. in any building or facility owned or
leased by the City when such action disrupts the normal conduct of
activities of such building or facility; or
2. upon any sidewalk or parkway adj acent to
or part of any congested street as defined in subsection E of this
section.
