3 INCREASE OF THE SERVICE USERS TAX TO JUNE 30, 1998.
4 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
Section 6 of Ordinance No. MC-820 is
hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 6. This ordinance shall take effect on
9 July 1. 1992 and shall expire on June 30. 1998."
10 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
11 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
12 Bernardino at a requ1ar meeting thereof. held on the 5th
13 day of June. 1995. by the following vote. to wit:
