19.06.020(B)(4), TABLE 06.01, COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS LIST OF
3 PERMITTED USES, TO ALLOW CAR, RV AND TRUCK SALES IN THE CR-3 LAND
USE DISTRICT SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 10 SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF A
4 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

7 amended to allow car, RV and truck sales south of Interstate 10 in
section 1.
Page II-64,
19.06.020(B) (4), Table 06.01,
is
8 the CR-3 district. [See Exhibit 1, (Page II-64 of the Development
9 Code) attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference].

11 automobile sales in the CR-3 district to comply with the specific
section 2.
Page II-90, Table 06.03, is amended to require
12 development standards for automobile sales contained in Development
13 Code section 19.06.030(2) (C). [See Exhibit 2, (Page II-90 of the
14 Development Code) attached hereto and incorporated herein by
15 reference].
