1 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
IO 52. OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING A
2 THIRTY-FIVE MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON SECOND STREET BETWEEN
THE I-2l5 FREEWAY AND ARROWHEAD AVENUE, A THIRTY-FIVE MILE PER
3 HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON SIXTH STREET BETWEEN "H" STREET AND SIERRA
WAY, A FORTY MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON CALIFORNIA STREET
4 BETWEEN BASE LINE STREET AND CAJON BOULEVARD, AND A FORTY-FIVE
MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMIT ON FORTIETH STREET BETWEEN KENDALL
5 DRIVE AND ELECTRIC AVENUE

Municipal Code is amended to read
"IO 52 020 THIRTY-FIVE MILES AN HOUR
In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle
Code, the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and
declare upon the basis of an engineering and traffic
survey that a prima facie speed limit of thirty-five
miles per hour shall be established upon the following
streets or portions thereof in the City
ARROWHEAD AVENUE: Between Seventh Street and Highland

19 'D' STREET Between Sixth Street and Twenty-Eighth
Street.

EUCALYPTUS AVENUE: Between Mill Street and Rialto Avenue
FORTIETH STREET Between Electric Avenue and Waterman

FORTY-EIGHTH STREET: Between Kendall Drive and Electric
Avenue.
'G' STREET Between Sixth Street and Marshall Boulevard
GILBERT STREET Between Waterman Avenue and a point two
hundred seven feet east of Cedar Avenue
