ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
2 lO,52, OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE ESTABLISHING
THIRTY-FIVE MILE PER HOUR SPEED LIMITS ON HILL DRIVE BETWEEN
3 MAGNOLIA AVENUE AND "E" STREET, ORANGE STREET BETWEEN HIGHLAND
AVENUE AND PIEDMONT DRIVE AND FOOTHILL DRIVE BETWEEN DEL ROSA
4 AVENUE AND STERLING AVENUE.
5 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION l, Section lO,52.020 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"lO,52.020
THIRTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR,
In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
Sections 22357, 22358, and 22360, of the California Vehicle
Code, the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and
declare upon the basis of an engineering and traffic
survey that a prima facie speed limit of thirty-five
miles per hour shall be established upon the following
streets or portions thereof in the City:
ARROWHEAD AVENUE: Between Seventh Street and Highland
17 Avenue.
18 'D' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Twenty-Eighth
Street,

'E' STREET: Between Tenth Street and Thirtieth Street,
EUCALYPTUS AVENUE: Between Mill Street and Rialto Avenue,
FOOTHILL DRIVE: Between Del Rosa Avenue and Sterling

FORTIETH STREET: Between Electric Avenue and Waterman
Avenue; Between Golden Avenue and Mountain Avenue,
FORTY-EIGHTH STREET: Between Kendall Drive and Electric
Avenue.
'G' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Marshall Boulevard,
GILBERT STREET : Between Waterman Avenue and a point two
hundred seven feet east of Cedar Avenue,
'H' STREET: Between Sixth Street and Marshall Boulevard,

5 SECTION 2, Section lO.52.040 of the San Bernardino
6 Municipal Code is amended to read:

"10,52.040 FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR
8 In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of
