3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
4 5.04,005 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
5 REQUIREMENTS FOR CONDUCTING BUSINESS IN THE CITY,

SECTION 1. Section 5.04.005 is hereby amended to read as follows:

"5,04,005
Registration Certificate,

It is unlawful for any person, whether as principal or agent, clerk or
lO
employee, either for himself or for any other person, or for any body corporate,
II
or as an officer of any corporation, or otherwise, to commence or carryon any
l2
business, show, exhibition or game, specified in this Article, in the City, without
13
first having procured a registration certificate from the City and without complying
l4
with any and all regulations of such business, show, exhibition or game contained
l5
in this Article; and the carrying on of any business, show, exhibition or game
l6
mentioned in this Article without first having procured a registration certificate
l7
from the City, and without complying with any and all regulations of such
l8
business, show, exhibition or game contained in this Article shall constitute a

separate violation of this Article for each and every day that such business, show,
20
exhibition or game is so carried on."
