ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING CHAPTER
1 10.52 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH A

FOLLOWS:
Section 10.52.040 of the San Bernardino
unicipal Code is amended to read:
"10.52.040 FORTY-FIVE MILES PER HOUR
In accordance with and pursuant

ode, the Mayor and Common Council do hereby determine and

BASE LINE STREET: Between California Street and Medical
Center Drive.
CENTRAL AVENUE: Between Arrowhead Avenue and Tippecanoe
Avenue.
DEL ROSA AVENUE: Between Marshall Boulevard and Thirty-
Ninth Street
FIFTH STREET: Between Del Rosa Drive and two-hundred feet
east of Victoria Avenue.
FORTIETH STREET: Between Kendall Drive and Electric
Avenue; Between Waterman Avenue and Golden Avenue.
FOURTH STREET: Between Tia Juana Street and Mount Vernon
Avenue.
HUNTS LANE: Between Barton Road and Commercial Road.
LITTLE MOUNTAIN DRIVE: Between Twenty-Seventh Street and
Northpark Boulevard.
NINTH STREET: Between Waterman Avenue and a point six
hundred (600) feet east of Preston Street.

PINE AVENUE: Between Kendall Drive and Belmont Avenue.
REDLANDS BOULEVARD: Between Gardena Street and the East
City Limits.
RIALTO AVENUE: Between Eucalyptus Avenue and Mount Vernon
Avenue.
SAN BERNARDINO AVENUE: Between Tippecanoe Avenue and
Mountain View Avenue.
TIPPECANOE AVENUE: Between San Bernardino Avenue and
Third Street.
UNIVERSITY PARKWAY: Between Cajon Boulevard and Northpark
Boulevard.
VALENCIA AVENUE: Between Thirtieth Street and Fortieth
Street.
WATERMAN AVENUE: Between Central Avenue and Rialto
Avenue."
SECTION 2. Section 10.52.050 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"10.52.050 FIFTY MILES PER HOUR
In accordance with and pursuant to the authority of

determine and declare upon the basis
of an engineering

HALLMARK PARKWAY: Between University Parkway and Lexington
Parkway
INDUSTRIAL PARKWAY: Between Lexington Parkway and Palm
Avenue.
KENDALL DRIVE: Between Fortieth Street and Palm Avenue.
