10.16.270 TO THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING

ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 10.16.270 ofthc San Bernardino Municipal Code is hereby added to
read as follows:

Section 10.16.270 Parking Limitations - San Bernardino Baseball Stadium Premises.

Vehicular parking is prohibited in any parking area of the San Bernardino Baseball Stadium
except for the parking of motor vehicles during the period of time that the occupants of such vehicle

are licensecs or invitees of events occurring at the San Bernardino Baseball Stadium premises. The

Director of Facilities Management shall install and maintain at each entrance to the parking area of
13
the San Bernardino Baseball Stadium authorized signs giving notice that no person shall stop, stand
14
or park a motor vehicle in any parking area of the San Bernardino Baseball Stadium, except as
15
provided on such signs. Subsequent to the initial posting of authorized signs giving notice, it is
16
unlawful for any person to SlOp, stand or park any motor vehicle in such parking area of the San
17
18
Bernardino Baseball Stadium except during lhe period of time the occupants of such vchicle are
licensees or invitees of the events occurring at the San Bernardino Baseball Stadium premises. Any
19
person violating this section shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and upon conviction thereof shall
20
be tined as set forth in Section 10.44.010.
