AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
3 8.24.280 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO VIOLATION
AND PENAL TV OF CHAPTER 8.24

THE MA YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
5 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. Section 8.24.280 is hereby amended in the San Bernardino Municipal Code
to read as follows:

Section 8,24,280
Violation - Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Chapter, with the
9 exception of Section 8,24.21 O(B), is guilty of a misdemeanor, which upon conviction thereof is
punishable in accordance with the provisions of Section 1.12.010,
