3 MEETINGS OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL.
4 THE MA YOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
5 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
6 SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 2.58,0IOA. is amended to now read
7 in its entirety as follows:

Regular meetings of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
shall be held on the first and third Mondays of each month commencing at one-thirty
p.m. (1:30p.m.) at the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California. If said first or third Monday is a legal holiday, then said
regular meeting shall be held on the following day commencing at one-thirty p,m,
(1:30 p.m,)."
