KC-1I66 3 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING MUNICIPAL CHAPTER 8.8] TO INCLUDE SECTION 8.81.045 ESTABLISHING A REQUIREMENT THAT ALARM BUSINESSES NOTIFY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT OF EACH ALARM INSTALLATION AND THAT ALLOWS THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO INVOICE ALARM BUSINESSES FOR INST ALLA TION AND MONITORING SERVICE TRANSFER FEES. 2 4 5 6 THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 7 SECTION 1. San Bernardino Municipal Code Section 8.81.045 is added as follows: 8 9 "8.81.045 Alarm Businesses Installation and Transfer Fees 10 11 Alarm businesses shall notify the Police Dept. of each new alarm system installed, or when assuming monitoring services in the City. A. Alarm businesses shall pay a one-time fee for each new alarm system, residential Of commercial, installed in the City. B. Alarm businesses shall pay a one-time fee for each alarm monitoring service transfer, residential or commercial, within the City.
