S1. Set luncheon closed session for January 7, 2002 at 12 noon in the
Economic Development Agency Boardroom.
MOTION: That the Mayor and Common Council set a luncheon
closed session on January 7, 2002 at 12 noon in the
Economic Development Agency Boardroom pursuant
to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) existing
litigation for the following case:
Cit1j of San Bernardino Municipal Water Department v.
The United States Department of the Arm1j - United
States District Court Case No. CV 96-8867 consolidated
with CV 96-5205.
