S1. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino authorizing the execution of a Professional Services
Agreement between Best, Best & Krieger and the City of San
Bernardino to advise the City Attorney's Office concerning the
review, application and enforcement of its adult entertainment
license ordinance and related matters. (Resolution not available
at time of printing.)
MOTION: That said resolution be adopted.
