S 1. Initiation of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation for
3008 Broadmoor Boulevard, located at the northeast corner of 30th Street and
Waterman Avenue, from RS, Residential Suburban, to PP, Public Park.
MOTION: That the Mayor and Common Council direct the Development
Services Department to initiate a General Plan Amendment to
change the land use designation for 3008 Broadmoor Boulevard,
located at the northeast corner of 30th Street and Waterman
Avenue, from RS, Residential Suburban, to PP, Public Park.
