S 1. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement between the City of San
Bernardino and the Patrons of the Bowl to provide support services for Market
Night at Perris Hill Park. (Resolution not available at time of printing.)
MOTION: That said resolution be adopted.
S2. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
amending Resolution 96-188 relating to Section 5.03.370 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code concerning business registration and permit fees. (Resolution
not available at time of printing.)
MOTION: That said resolution be adopted.
S3. Endorsement by Mayor and Common Council for the First Annual Puppet
Festival at Cal State University, San Bernardino, Recital Hall - July 11-12,
2003. (See Attached)
MOTION: That the Mayor and Common Council endorse the First Annual
Puppet Festival at Cal State University, San Bernardino to be
held on July 11-12,2003. All proceeds will go to individuals
with development disabilities.
