California, approving a certain EIR Consultant and the form of Consultant
Contract as requested by the San Bernardino Regional Water Resources

MOTION: That said resolution be adopted.

S2. Independent Accountants' Report evaluating San Bernardino Stampede
compliance with the Stadium Lease Agreement for the year ended September
30, 2002.
MOTION: That the Mayor and Common Council discuss and refer the
matter to Ways and Means Committee.
