Sl. An Ordinance of the City of San Bernardino adding Chapter 8.61 prohibiting
fireworks and repealing Chapter 8.60 of the San Bernardino Municipal Code
relating to fireworks, effective July 16, 2005.
MOTION: Discuss and take possible action on said ordinance.

S4. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
urging the California Legislature to reject the Governor's proposed shift of local
Vehicle License Fee (VLF) revenues and to honor the 1998 commitment to
restore the VLF.
MOTION: That said resolution be adopted.
