I. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino to
authorize the execution of a contractual agreement between the City of San
Bernardino and Diamond Creations Inc. for concession services at the San
Bernardino Soccer Complex. (Backup material was distributed on January
6, 2003, Item No. 16.) (No cost to the City - Anticipated revenue $35,000 -
$40,000) (Resolution not available at time of printing.)
MOTION: That full reading be waived and that said resolution be adopted.
