S 1. Resolution of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino
authorizing the Mayor to execute a Services Agreement with R3 Consulting
Group, Inc., for assistance concerning expansion of commercial refuse services
provided by franchised refuse haulers. (Resolution not available at time of
printing.)
MOTION: That said resolution be adopted; and that the Director of Finance
be authorized to amend the Fiscal Year 2004/05 Budget to
include anticipated revenues and expenses as indicated in the staff
report dated June 11, 2004, from Fred Wilson, City
Administrator .
