MOTION: That Council Member be designated as the City's
voting representative and Council Member as the
voting alternate for the League of California Cities, Special
Meeting of the League General Assembly to be held on May 13,
2004, in Sacramento, California.

condemning all incidents of hate and supporting efforts of the Human Relations
Commission to combat prejudice in our community. (Document and
