ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
JULY 10, 1991
COUNCIL CHAMBERS
This is the time and place set for an adjourned regular
meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community Development
Commission of the City of San Bernardino at the adjourned regular
meeting held at 12:04 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, 1991, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "0" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the order of
adjournment of said meeting held on July 3, 1991, and has on file
in the office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said posting
together with a copy of said order which was posted at 1:30 p.m.,
Wednesday, July 3, 1991, on the door of the place at which said
meeting was held.
The adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino and Community Development
Commission was called to order by Mayor Holcomb at 9:03 a.m.,
Wednesday, July 10, 1991, in the Council Chambers of City Hall,
300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by City Clerk Krasney with the following
being present: Mayor Holcomb; Council Members Estrada, Reilly,
Hernandez, Maudsley, Minor, Miller; City Attorney Penman, City
Clerk Krasney, City Administrator Edwins. Absent: Council
Member pope-Ludlam.
PUBLIC HEARING SISTERS OF CHARITY INDUSTRIAL
DEVELOPMENT BOND ISSUE OF 1991 (R-l)
Mayor Holcomb opened the hearing.
City Clerk Krasney read the titles of the following
resolutions.
RES. 91-311 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA,
REGARDING THE HOLDING OF A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION
WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THE "CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO,
CALIFORNIA SCH HEALTH CARE SYSTEM REVENUE BONDS
(SISTERS OF CHARITY OF THE INCARNATE WORD, HOUSTON,
TEXAS), SERIES 1991A". (R-1A)

RES. 91-312 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF CERTAIN
DOCUMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH THE ISSUANCE OF THE "CITY
OF SAN BERNAROINO, CALIFORNIA SCH HEALTH CARE SYSTEM
REVENUE BONDS (SISTERS OF CHARITY OF THE INCARNATE
WORD, HOUSTON, TEXAS), SERIES 1991A," ANO AUTHORIZING
SUCH FURTHER ACTION AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONCLUDE THE
ISSUANCE, SALE AND DELIVERY OF SUCH BONDS. (R-IB)
Council Member Miller made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Minor, that the hearing be closed, that further reading of
the resolutions be waived said resolutions be adopted.

At 9: 06 a.m., Mayor Holcomb called the closed session to
order in the conference room of the Council Chambers of City
Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.

Pope-Ludlam, Miller. City Attorney Penman, City Clerk Krasney,
City Administrator Edwins. Absent: Council Member Reilly.

Agency Administrator, Economic Development Agency;

ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION
At 9:34 a.m., the closed session adjourned to the adjourned
regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community
Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino.
RECONVENE MEETING
At 9:36 a.m., Mayor Holcomb called the adjourned regular
meeting to order in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North
"0" Street, San Bernardino, California.
