JOINT ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
MARCH 7, 1992

This is the time and place set for a joint adjourned
regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community
Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino at the
regular meeting held at 8:30 a.m., Monday, March 2, 1992, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the Order of
Adjournment of said meeting held on Monday, March 2, 1992, and
has on file in the office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said
posting together with a copy of said Order which was posted at
7:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 3, 1992, on the door of the place at
which said meeting was held.
The joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council and Community Development Commission was called to order
at 8:32 a.m., Saturday, March 7, 1992, by Mayor Holcomb in the
Economic Development Agency, Board Room, 201 North "E" Street,
San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by City Clerk Krasney with the following
being present: Mayor Holcomb; Council Members Estrada, Reilly,
Hernandez, Maudsley, Minor; Senior Assistant City Attorney
Barlow, City Clerk Krasney. Absent: Council Members Pope-
Ludlam, Miller; City Administrator Clark.
Also present from the Economic Development Agency: Timothy
Steinhaus, Agency Administrator; Kenneth Henderson, Executive
Director, Development Department; Barbara Lindseth, Accounting
Manager; and Stafford Parker, Deputy Director, Development
Department.

COUNCIL MEMBERS POPE-LUDLAM AND MILLER ARRIVED
At 8:36 a.m., Council Members Pope-Ludlam and Miller arrived
at the Council meeting.
RECESS MEETING
At 11:15 a.m., Mayor Holcomb declared a five-minute recess.
RECONVENE MEETING
At 11:20 a.m., the joint adjourned regular meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council and Community Development Commission
reconvened in the Economic Development Agency, Board Room, 201
North "E" Street, San Bernardino, California.

Roll call was taken by City Clerk Krasney with the following
being present: Mayor Holcomb; Council Members Estrada, Reilly,
Hernandez, Maudsley, Minor, pope-Ludlam, Miller; Senior Assistant
City Attorney Barlow, City Clerk Krasney. Absent: City
Administrator Clark.

Deputy City Clerk Vale arrived at the closed session.
ADJOURN CLOSED SESSION
At 12:32 p.m., the closed session adjourned to the joint
adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and
Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino.
RECONVENE MEETING
At 12:35 p.m., Mayor Holcomb reconvened the joint adjourned
regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community
Development Commission in the Economic Development Agency, Board
Room, 201 North "E" Street, San Bernardino, California.

At 1:15 p.m., Council Member Miller left the Council
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT (R-5)
At 2:12 p.m., Mayor Holcomb adjourned the joint adjourned
regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community
Development Commission, to 8:30 a.m., Monday, March 16, 1992, in
the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
