CANCELLATION
I, RACHEL CLARK, being duly sworn, depose and say: That I am the duly chosen,
qualified and acting City Clerk of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino; that the joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and
Community Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino held on Monday, August
14, 1995, at 2:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California, was adjourned to Thursday, August 17, 1995, at 11:30 a.m., at the
California Theater, 562 West 4th Street, San Bernardino. California. However, due to the lack
of sufficient time to post the agenda, the August 17, 1995 meeting has been canceled.
