JOINT ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 12, 1995
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION CENTER (MIC ROOM)
This is the time and place set for a joint adjourned regular
meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community Development
Commission of the City of San Bernardino from the adjourned regular
meeting held at 8:00 a.m., Monday, January 9, 1995, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino,
California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the Order of
Adjournment of said meeting held on Monday, January 9, 1995, and
has on file in the Office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said
posting together with a copy of said Order which was posted at 5:00
p.m., Monday, January 9, 1995, on the door of the place at which
said meeting was held.
The joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council and Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino was called to order by Mayor Minor at 9:31 a.m., in the
Management Information Center, MIC Room, Sixth Floor, City Hall,
300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by City Clerk Rachel Clark with the
following being present: Mayor Minor; Council Members Negrete,
Curlin, Hernandez, Oberhelman, Devlin, Pope-Ludlam, Miller; Senior
Assistant City Attorney Barlow, Economic Development Agency Counsel
Timothy Sabo, City Clerk Rachel Clark, Economic Development Agency
Administrator Timothy Steinhaus. Absent: None.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION JOINT ADJOURNED
REGULAR MEETING
At 9:31 a.m., Chairman Minor called the joint adjourned
regular meeting of the Community Development Commission to order in
the Management Information Center, MIC Room, Sixth Floor, City
Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
PUBLIC HEARING - ARROWHEAD HEALTH CARE SYSTEM
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE BUILDING - CONTINUED FROM

This is the time and place continued to for a public hearing
to consider the Arrowhead Health Care System proposed professional
office building.

Barbara Lindseth, Acting Director, Development Department,
Economic Development Agency, submitted a memorandum dated January
9, 1995, concerning this matter.
Mayor Minor opened the hearing.
RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO, CALIFORNIA, MAKING CERTAIN DETERMINATIONS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 33679.
(Introduced on January 12, 1995) (R1)
Council Member Oberhelman made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Hernandez, and unanimously carried, that further reading of
the resolution be waived; and that the hearing be continued to
January 23, 1995, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North
"D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
