NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT - NO QUORUM

I, RACHEL CLARK, being duly sworn, depose and say: That I am
the duly chosen and qualified City Clerk of the Mayor and Common
Council of the City of San Bernardino.
Due to a quorum not being present, the adj ourned regular
meeting of the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino held on Wednesday, August 14, 1996, at 8:00 a.m., in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California, was adjourned.
At 8:20 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, 1996, Linda Hartzel,
Deputy City Clerk, posted a copy of the order conspicuously on or
near the door of the place where the Mayor and Common Council
meeting was to be held.
The next meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m., Monday, August 19,
1996, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street,
San Bernardino, California.
