NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT - NO QUORUM

I, Rachel Clark, City Clerk, being duly sworn, depose and say:
That I am the duly chosen and qualified City Clerk of the Mayor and
Common Council of the City of San Bernardino.
Due to a quorum not being present, the recessed meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council of the City of San Bernardino to be" held
on Tuesday, June 4, 1996, at 1:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California, was
adjourned.
At 2:00 p.m., on Tuesday, June 4, 1996, Melanie Miller, Deputy
City Clerk, posted a copy of the order conspicuously on or near the
door of the place where the recessed meeting was to be held.
The next meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m., Monday, June 17,
1996, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street,
San Bernardino, California.
