REDEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE OF THE
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
JULY 1, 1998
COUNCIL OFFICE CONFERENCE ROOM
This is the time and place set for reconvening the adjourned
regular meeting of the Redevelopment Committee of the Economic
Development Agency of the City of San Bernardino from the regular
meeting held at 3:04 p.m., Monday, June 29, 1998, in the Economic
Development Agency Board Room, 201 North "En Street, San
Bernardino, California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the order of the
adjournment of said meeting held on Monday, June 29, 1998, and has
on file in the Office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said
posting together with a copy of said order which was posted at 9:00
a.m., Tuesday, June 30, 1998, on the bulletin board of the place at
which said meeting was held.
The adjourned regular meeting of the Redevelopment Committee
of the Economic Development Agency of the City of San Bernardino
was called to order by Chairwoman Miller at 2:04 p.m., in the
Council Office Conference Room, 30e North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by Deputy City Clerk Cordova with the
following being present: Chairwoman Miller; Council Members
Estrada, Arias, Miller; Senior Assistant City Attorney Carlyle;
Deputy City Clerk Cordova. Absent: None.
RECESS MEETING - CLOSED SESSION
At 2:04 p.m., the Redevelopment
session for the following:

Committee recessed to closed
Conference with legal counsel anticipated litigation
significant exposure to litigation pursuant to subdivision (b) (1)
& (3) (A) of Government Code Section 54956.9.
CLOSED SESSION
At 2:04 p.m., Chairwoman Miller called
order in the conference room of the Council

ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by Deputy City Clerk Cordova with the
following being present: Chairwoman Miller; Council Members
Estrada, Arias, Miller; Senior Assistant City Attorney Carlyle;
Deputy City Clerk Cordova. Absent: None.
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR WINKLER ARRIVED
At 2: 09 p.m., Development Director Winkler arrived at the
closed session.
DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR WINKLER EXCUSED
At 2: 36 p. m. Development Director Winkler left the closed
session and was replaced by Administrative Services Director
Lindseth.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIRECTOR LINDSETH EXCUSED
At 2:57 p.m. Administrative Services Director Lindseth left
the closed session and was replaced by Main Street Inc., Executive
Director Harris.
MAIN STREET INC., EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR HARRIS EXCUSED
At 3:11 p.m., Main Street Inc., Executive Director Harris left
the closed session.
CLOSED SESSION/MEETING ADJOURNMENT (NB1 & 4)
At 3:50 p.m., the closed session/meeting adjourned. The next
regular meeting will be held on Monday, July 13, 1998, in the
Economic Development Agency Board Room, 201 North "E" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
