MEETING CANCELLATION NOTICE

I, Rachel G. Clark, being duly sworn, depose and say: That I
am the duly chosen and qualified Secretary of the Mayor and Common
Council and the Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino.
The joint adjourned regular meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council and Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino scheduled for Monday, June 29, 1998, at 9:00 a.m., in
the Economic Development Agency Board Room, 201 North "E" Street,
San Bernardino, California, has been canceled.
At 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 1998, Linda E. Hartzel,
Deputy City Clerk, posted a copy of the Notice of Meeting
Cancellation conspicuously on or near the door of the place where
the joint adjourned regular meeting was to be held.
The next meeting will be held at 8:00 a.m., Monday, July 6,
1998, in the Economic Development Agency Board Room, 201 North "E"
Street, San Bernardino, California.
