I, RACHEL G. CLARK, being duly sworn, depose and say: That I am the duly
chosen and qualified City Clerk of the Mayor and Common Council and Community
Development Commission of the City of San Bernardino.
Due to a quorum not being present, the joint adjourned regular meeting of the
Mayor and Common Council and Community Development Commission of the City of
San Bernardino held on Monday, August 23, 1999, at 4:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers
of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California, was adjourned to 4:00
p.m., August 31, 1999, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.
At 4:00 p.m., on Monday, August 23, 1999, Rachel G. Clark, City Clerk, posted a
copy of the order conspicuously on or near the door of the place where the joint
adjourned regular meeting was to be held.
The next meeting will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 31, 1999, in the
Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
