NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT - NO QUORUM

I, Rachel G. Clark, being duly sworn, depose and say: That I
am the duly chosen and qualified City Clerk of the Mayor and Common
Council and Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino.
Due to a quorum not being present, the joint adjourned regular
meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and Community Development
Commission of the City of San Bernardino held on Thursday, March 4,
1999, at 3:30 p.m., in the Economic Development Agency Board Room,
201 North "E" Street, San Bernardino, California, was adjourned.
At 3:30 p.m on Thursday, March 4, 1999, Sandra Medina, Deputy
City Clerk, posted a copy of the order conspicuously on or near the
door of the place where the joint adjourned regular meeting was to
be held.
The next meeting will be held at 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 9,
1999, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street,
San Bernardino, California.
