This is the time and place set for a joint Adjourned Regular
Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council and the Community
Development Commission/Redevelopment Agency of the City of San
Bernardino at the Regular Meeting held at 8:35 a.m., Monday,
August 20, 1990, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 300 North
"D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
The City Clerk has caused to be posted the order of
adjournment of said meeting held on August 20, 1990, and has on
file in the office of the City Clerk an affidavit of said posting
together with a copy of said order which was posted at 1:00 p.m.,
Tuesday, August 21, 1990, on the door of the place at which said
meeting was held.
The joint Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common
Council and the Community Development Commission/Redevelopment
Agency of the City of San Bernardino was called to order by Mayor
Holcomb at 3:35 p.m., Thursday, August 23, 1990, in the
Redevelopment Agency Board Room, Fourth Floor, City Hall, 300
North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California.
ROLL CALL
Roll call was taken by City Clerk Krasney with the following
being present: Mayor Holcomb; Council Members Estrada, Reilly,
Maudsley, Minor, Miller; Senior Assistant City Attorney Barlow,
City Clerk Krasney, City Administrator Edwins. Absent: Council
Members Flores, pope-Ludlam.

There were no public comments.

RES. 90-366 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. THREE TO THE LOAN AGREEMENT
REGARDING CENTRAL CITY PROMENADE. (R-2A)
RES. 90-367 RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF SUPPLEMENT NO. THREE TO THE INDENTURE
RELATING TO CENTRAL CITY PROMENADE. (R-2B)
City Clerk Krasney read the titles of the above resolutions.
A discussion ensued regarding repeated
extensions of time on payments on the Central
Industrial Development Revenue Bonds.

Council Member Miller made a motion, seconded by Council
Member Estrada, and unanimously carried, that further reading of
the above resolutions be waived and said resolutions be adopted.
Resolutions 90-366 and 90-367 were adopted by the following
vote: Ayes: Council Members: Estrada, Reilly, Maudsley, Minor,
Miller. Noes: None. Absent: Council Members Flores, Pope-
Ludlam.
ADJOURNMENT (R-3)
At 3:45 p.m., the joint Adjourned Regular Meeting adjourned
to B:30 a.m., Wednesday, September 5, 1990, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino,
California.
