Encampment Cleanups Continue Last week the City of San Bernardino and its partners cleared a homeless encampment in an alley near Base Line and D Streets, adjacent to a commercial center that once included a Smart and Final. The operation marks the fourth encampment cleanup since the injunction prohibiting cleanups was lifted. Earlier cleanups included Perris Hill Park, Wildwood Park, and Bobby Vega Park. We are happy to report that among the encampment’s nineteen tents, twenty- five individuals agreed to accept services!
