Subject: Correction or Revision for:
Item No. 20 Approval of the ERP Migration Plan and
Associated Agreements for Oracle Cloud, Data Conversion
and Supplemental Staffing Services (All Wards)
Revision to Item 20, Recommendation #5:
The City Manager has requested a correction to the Recommendation for Agenda Item
#20, on the City Council Agenda for the meeting of November 20,2024. This correction
will also be addressed in public by the City Manager at the meeting.
The recommendation currently reads:
5. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a Professional Services Agreement with
MV Cheng & Associates for supplemental staffing services for an amount not to exceed
$1,937,000 (includes a 10% contingency) and execute all documents to effectuate the
Agreement for the term beginning January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2026.
The request is to approve the following:
5. Authorize the appropriation of an expense budget line item of $1,937,000 for supplemental
staffing for the Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) project in the Information Technology (IT)
budget.
