hi mayor or to whom it concerns-
i have emailed previously regarding the nightly white and blue (police) helicopters that hover
around my city NIGHTLY. its like ive moved to mosul iraq. can someone please email me
back and tell me why they fly nightly over the city? its as though they are aimlessly flying
without a cause or perhaps they are "training?" this has affected my life. if they are training
have them train elsewhere please. it is a nuisance and a waste of diesel or rocket fuel. again, its
every single night.
